Description: ADVENTURE COMICS #420 - SUPERGIRL - READER TO ACCEPTABLE CONDITION READ DESCRIPTION AND SEE PHOTOS!! THESE ARE THE ACTUAL PHOTOS OF THE COMIC BOOK YOU WILL BE PURCHASING. I TOOK THESE PHOTOS RIGHT BEFORE LISTING. NOT GRADED!! I am no expert by any means when it comes to comic books. What I know for certain is that this was owned by a 58 year old man who has collected comic books for 45 years. This has been in storage for 20 years, in a clear plastic envelope, inside a box. No odors, no rodent damage. There is wear, view photos. I photographed the worst of what I found. There are small symmetrical holes on the bottom of some pages. I have no idea what those are but they kind of look like staple holes. Some are very noticeable but some aren't. I'm estimating that half the pages have these holes. There's creases, small tears, some slight page curling, a missing triangle piece shape from the cover. The inside looks much better than the cover. Use your best judgment before bidding. I listed the condition as "ACCEPTABLE" People more familiar with comics will probably agree with my initial assessment just by viewing my few photos. The buyer may be getting one heck of a deal at this starting price. It may be higher quality than ACCEPTABLE, BUT that's impossible for me to know without having it graded. My potential loss is your potential gain. If you know what you're doing you may be able to resell for a profit. In fact, I hope you can. I just know I'm currently overwhelmed with an unexpected windfall of collectibles and I have run out of storage room. Please ask any questions you may have before purchasing this item. Your purchases will be well packaged to protect the items. I do however use recycled materials as often as I possibly can. CLEAN recycled materials. I may write thank you notes on small squares of paper that may have printing on the other side. I place these on the outside of the plastic sleeves of the comics I sell so as not to harm the comic. Instead of another sheet of cardboard I might cut a section from a Manila folder for extra protection from bumps and bruises during transit. I don't like to be wasteful.
