Description: This is a low-grade but complete copy of Adventure Comics #253 (D.C., 1958). In this issue, Superboy meets Robin. There are backup stories featuring Green Arrow and Aquaman. This copy has a lot of wear, but it is complete. The spine is rough, but the comic is held together with four extra staples, so it works as a good reading copy. There is a piece missing on the bottom right corner of the front cover (see closeup photo). There are many small tears on the edges of the cover. The colors are vibrant, and there is a lot of cover gloss. There is dusting on white areas of the cover. The interior pages are complete with no tears or cutouts. I have been selling comics on eBay for about six years, but I have been buying comics on eBay for over twenty years. As a buyer, it always makes me happy when comics are accurately described.
