Description: ADVENTURE COMICS #144 RARE SUPERMAN BOOK! D.C. Comics 1949 This book is worn, but it is complete and unrestored. Front and back covers have edge wear with small creases, tears, and chips, along with tanning on the interior sides. The spine is heavily worn with tears/chips and 6" split at the top. NOTE that the cover is detached. The centerfold is attached at both staples. The first page has an ink name, but otherwise interior pages are generally in good shape. PLEASE take a close look at the photographs and assess the condition yourself before purchasing. Shipping: Raw comic books are either sent in Gemini mailers (or similar) or sandwiched between sturdy thick cardboard pieces. Comic books are firmly attached to cardboard with blue painter's tape to ensure they stay put in transit and to make it easier for the buyer to unpack. Orders of up to 1 pound are shipped via USPS first-class mail. Orders over 1 pound are sent priority mail (note that comic books cannot be sent media mail per USPS regulations). All slabs are double boxed with ample packing material. Returns: Returns available for most raw comic books. I do not generally accept returns for graded books, but there are exceptions - I will accept a return if there is a defect in the slab due to CGC encasing or if the book is damaged during transit.
