It fits with a simple fastener at the back of the neck, making it easy to change into. Elastic in Costume was worn once for an event and is still in great condition.the sleeve cuffs also add a snug, yet comfortable fit. The pants are constructed out of a brushed knit flannel material and fit with an elastic band in the waist. Foam rings around the legs help give them a classic Big Bird look.
