She works with staff across the university on enhancing the quality of their teaching and learning, several of whom have gone on to be nominated as inspirational teachers by their students. Rachel also teaches on a Foundation Award and BA Hons in Education and Learning Support, working with Teaching Assistants from a range of educational settings. Dr Ian Glover is a Principal Learning Technologist and Senior Lecturer in the Digital Learning Team at Sheffield Hallam University and leads a team providing strategic and operational support and staff development for STEM related departments at the university, in addition to leading strategic projects and policy development for the whole institution. His Ph.D. research was in collaborative online learning and web annotation and he has since worked with teachers and provided academic development around the world.
