I am not a professional grader, though I have been collecting comic books for more than 50 years! Cover has great color & reflectivity with no significant creases but small circular-arc of color-lift at lower left corner. Cover and centerfold are well attached. Spine has light to moderate wear with a number of tiny color-breaking ticks across it. Corners are just slightly blunted. Pages are off-white to cream with slight tanning at edges. Color-lift on front cover and very slight discoloration of inside and back covers keep this book from higher grade estimate.
