Description: ACOMA PUEBLO New Mexico Vintage Polychrome Clay Pot This is a old polychrome clay olla pot from the Acoma Pueblo in New Mexico. It's in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It appears to have been painted with the earths elements and fired in the ground. The design is black and a rust color on a white clay background. I wish I knew it's history and age. It's been part of my personal collection. I purchased it in Santa Fe, N.M. in 1985. It's signed "Acoma N.M." This pot measures 3.5" tall by appx. 5" wide and 5" deep. You'll be very happy with this Acoma pot......
