It has the signatures of White and Mellon which is a common signature combination. But Dallas notes do not have the a-b-c varieties of other districts because they were not printed as late! This note is graded as Gem New 65PPQ by PCGS. It is a note that would fit in perfectly to a gem uncirculated type collection, district set, or advanced Freidberg collection.
