It has the signatures of White and Mellon with the more common 'a' variety. This note is graded by PCGS as Extremely Fine 45. It is a midgrade note that would fit nicely into a district set, or advanced Freidberg collection. You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PCGS.
