Description: A "Used" John Jacobs E.B.W. 2000, C.C.F., 10.5 Degree Loft Driver with a Graphite Shaft! Does the name John Jacobs sound familiar to you? He was pretty well known in Britain. He was also called the Consumate Golf Professional & Teacher, and widely known as th Father of the European Pro Tour. He was also elected to the World Golf Hall Of Fame in 2000. That fact may have something to do with the initials E.B.W. on the Sole, and it might not. I found a lot of wordage about John Jacobs on the internet, but very little about the John Jacobs line of clubs, such as who makes/made them, what they are made of, or what they may cost. I did get the impression that John Jacobs golf clubs are custom made, but again, I have othing to support that! This Driver is very good looking, and appears to be well made.and no nicks or dings at all that I see. There are a few spots of sucffed paint and they are small. The Club Face might be where the initials C.C.F.on the Sole come from, as the Club Face appears to be some sort of Carbon Graphitre, and as far as I can see, does not have a mark on it. The Sole has the very lightest of scuffing. The Graphite Shaft is a Velocity cfr, whatever that means, and is a Regular Flex. The Grip is a Golf Pride midsize Tour Wrap and is also in good condition!
