We ship out next day 1st class in a sleeve in a padded envelope, including Saturdays. Tracking is provided at the discretion of seller based on final value price of item, therefore lower cost discs will be sent without tracking. PLEASE note the following, these are preowned discs. They generally are in acceptable condition, meaning they are not pristine, they may have markings, stickers, scuffing, initialing, scratches etc, however they should play in a standard player. We try to do a good job providing acceptable used discs, although occassionally mistakes CAN and DO happen. ALL discs are cleaned prior to shipping. This clean cycle generally will take care of any imperfections the disc may have so it will play. We do however process lots of discs so for time constraints most are untested as we would be unable to provide this product otherwise. If your disc is not playable or there are any other issues, we want to work at making it right. Please email us. There have been limited cases where discs were broken by USPS during shipping by their sorting machines, despite the package being marked as non-machinable. If your disc is broken or unplayable please contact us, we will take care of you. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. We will be more than happy to try to offer an acceptable solution for you. We respond to ALL emails within 12 hours and work very hard to provide good products, cheap prices, and excellent customer service. Again, please don't open item not as described cases, refund requests, item not received, or negative feedback until you contact us. There may be bad sellers out there, but we are not one of them. We work hard at making our customers happy, it's not for show, when we have been contacted, up until this point, we have always been able to provide an acceptable outcome for the customer. If you go the other route, since we have kindly respectfully asked, don't expect the same amount of respect or customer service. Lastly, we are at the mercy of USPS for shipping time. Sometimes they are lightning fast, other times they are not. We do not have any control over this. We do promise that all orders are shipped out within 24 hours of your purchase with the obvious exception of Sunday. A majority of discs are delivered in the 3 to 5 business day timeframe, however, a few on the west coast have taken longer. If you want or need this for a present in 2 days, I am sorry that I unable to promise that timeframe and would suggest looking for a seller that offers expedited shipping for the item.
