Description: THIS IS A STUNNING AND RARE GENTS 1961 ROLEX OYSTER PRECISION "OVERSIZE" MODEL REF. 6424 WRISTWATCH IN STAINLESS STEEL. DESCRIPTION. This is an excellent and untouched/unpolished example of the classic Rolex Oyster Precision Oversize 36mm wristwatch produced in 1961. The stunning stainless steel case is in good condition with light age related wear. The stunning original silver dial simply looks gorgeous. The dial has raised steel dagger batons and steel dagger hands. This watch oozes elegance and has a classic look. The high grade 17 Jewels manual wind movement has been fully serviced by our watchmaker. To complete this fantastic piece, we've put it on a super new high quality Hirsch strap and steel buckle. CASE. The stainless steel case is in very good condition with very light age related wear. The case measures 36mm across without the steel Rolex oyster screw-down crown and 43mm long including the lugs. Inside the case back all the markings are correct as expected: Montres Rolex S.A Geneva Switzerland, Patented,Stainless Steel and model reference number 6424. DIAL. The stunning original white dial simply looks gorgeous and is in beautiful condition. The dial reads: Rolex Oyster Precision, Swiss. MOVEMENT. The high grade manual 17 jewels movement is in very good condition and has been fully serviced. The movement is signed: Montres Rolex S.A, Geneva Swiss, 17 jewels. The movement has been fully serviced by our watchmaker. STRAP. To complete this fantastic piece, we've put it on a super new high quality Hirsch strap and steel buckle. THE BOX AND PAPERS.
