It operates on 14.00 MHz and it is crystal controlled. The RF power output of the transmitter is 2.5 Watts and utilizes a mosfet transistor at PA stage. The receiver is a crystal controlled direct conversion type and it is enough sensitive to receive many signals. Utilizes a MPF102 fet as mixer and a LM386 chip as audio amplifier. Built in speaker. This transmitter runs on 12 Volts DC and it is possible to use it with a DC power supply or a battery (power supply and/or battery not included). At the RF output stage a 100 Watt 200 Volt power mosfet and it is well protected against high VSWR levels. You only need an antenna, power supply and a CW key to operate this pretty little rig.
