The spine upper edge has split of about 1/32" to 3/64" The spine lower edge has tiny chip of about 1/32" to 3/64". There is no chipping of page corners. There is little to now edge rub at all. All pages are intact with no creasing or marks noted. This 32 page book measures 7 3/8" x 4 13/16" x 1/8". Note about the seller – I am not selling books as much as I am sharing in a passion.
