Description: Vintage Ranch Oak Living Room Chair Living room chair of solid white oak and fabric upholstered furniture, as shown in photos.A. Brandt Ranch Oak furniture finished in "Natural Oak".This furniture was from local estate of original owners and was used in carpeted family room since new and I also have items available from this that I will be listing separately.The chair has been professionally recovered at some time in the past retaining original metal hardware/tacks. Upholstery is in very good condition with only slight wear and it is clean and no stains, fading, or damage is noted - no smoke or foul smells evident, either.Original factory tags were not re-attached to the chair. The chair frame bottom cover fabric intact & in excellent condition, firmly attached. The local upholstery shop is still in operation and the fabric is similar to the A. Brandt material - several local furniture stores sold this furniture and it is possible they used material from A. Brandt. The back of each reupholstery tags is initialed (employee?) along with what could be the date "4/83" (while A. Brandt was still in business).The seat bottom cushion fabric is removable with zipper across end.Chair is approximately 31" wide x 32" deep x 24" high (seat back).Chair has (4) metal hooded ball caster wheels.Local pickup is welcomed - buyer must arrange any separate shipping services desired and I will work with buyer/shipper for pickup.More photos available on request - I was limited to (24) on this listing.Please forward any questions...
