I was very fortunate to be offered a large collection of these fabulous textiles. This is one from the collection. I can't get over the time it must have taken to make these amazing pieces. The collection dates from late 1800's to mid 1970's , difficult to say exactly on these textiles. They make fabulous bedcovers, upholstery fabric, tablecloths, wall hangings, shower curtains ( with plastic between the shower and textile) living room throws, you name it!~ they can be cut to make two curtains etc ~ They are absolutely remarkable pieces, each unique and wonderful in its own way! This textile should be dry cleaned only as the threads are wool .
