He thought the Rat Terrier would be a great subject for his next silkscreen image. He named the Rat Terrier Lucy, and did a beautiful image of her, using his trademark bright colors and flat style in quadrants. Later on, Andy did portraits of Marilyn Monroe and Chairman Mao in much the same style. But Lucy started it all. From the original created (not by Andy Warhol) in colored pencil. This beautiful Limited Edition Print is in an edition size of 50. Each print is numbered and hand-signed by the artist (not Andy Warhol) and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. These prints are carefully printed on acid-free, archival paper. The colors and detail are accurate to the original.
