It is in good condition for the age. Turned freely when I checked it out. I didn't feel any slop when I checked it. There is no evidence of damage on the case. No indication that it had been leaking. I guarantee it to be functional. It has been sitting for some time, so it may leak slightly when you install it. Usually they stop once the seals get wet, but it may be necessary to reseal it.
