Description: MINTON 8 ANTIQUE G 8732 FRUIT / SAUCE BOWLS6 1/4" Diameter Eight elegant little fruit (or sauce) bowls in the discontinued "G 8721" pattern - White bone china bowls have narrow gold edge trim with an incised leaf & berry pattern and gold verge lines. Although over 100 years old, the bowls are in remarkably good condition. Two bowls have wear to gold on rim edges in small areas that is only visible from the side. (See last two photos) but there are no other flaws. (Camera glare may be whiting out some of the gold in the verge lines but all verge lines are intact) The plates are stamped with the Minton mark used between 1902 and 1912 encircled with the importer's mark, Philadelphia's upscale Wright Tyndale & Van Roden.
