It has an elastic style neckline that makes it possible to wear either on or off shoulder. There is beautiful red and gold geometric embroidery down the front, back, and along the sleeves. The caftan pulls on over the head and has only one tag - a size tag that is marked a size 16. Use measurements in photos for best fit - approx a medium to large but because this pulls on over the head, will need to have extra space to get it on.
