Description: Description of item for sale: This pair of gothic throne chairs is from France and the pair dates to the early to mid 1900's. These chairs are in excellent antique condition with minor nicks and scratches consistent with their age. They are crafted in oak and finished to a pleasing medium honey color. Note that they are identical in size but very slightly different in some of the trim details (see photos). Also note that the backs are plain (see photo) so they're best placed against a wall. As we do with all of our furniture, we finished them with a coat of antique grade paste wax that will maintain their beauty for years to come. Dimensions: 82" tall, 36" wide and 25" deep.
