The open lace diamond shape border that creates ties on sheaves of wheat shows the elegance and style of Kemple. Made by John E. Kemple Glassworks East Palestine, Ohio. The factory ceased production in 1970. Marked on the back with the Kemple "K". In very good vintage pre-owned condition.
