7 Antique H&C Selb Bavaria Deep Porcelain 9" Plates Handpainted Small Roses etc.

Description: Seven H&C Selb Bavaria Fine Deep Porcelain 8 7/8" Plates Handpainted Roses Pansies Delphiniums & Gold Trim Seven beautiful H&C Selb Bavaria Fine Porcelain 1 15/16" Deep 8 7/8" Plates handpainted in a delicate pattern of small Roses, Pansies, and (I think) blue Delphiniums. Very good condition. Fine utensil mark's can be viewed when the plates are placed at an angle to the light. One plate, the one shown in the picture of the back of the plate, has two insignificant chips to the center of the foot, otherwise there are no chips, flakes, cracks, or hairlines. Each plate has eight raised 'spokes'. The plates must have been stacked without paper between them because there is wear to the base of each of these 'spokes' which must have been caused by rubbing against the plate placed upon it (see picture 12). The gold trim is in good shape. In the first picture of the stack, the plate which has the only significant wear to the trim is at the top of the stack and the wear can be seen between the 3 o'clock and 6 o'clock positions.
