Normal boost pressure will be between 30-40lbs on a tuned truck. Tuning is always recommended to get the full potential from the turbocharger but is not needed. Untuned trucks with this turbo will naturally see lower boost numbers but will spool very similar to a stock turbo. We have seen roughly 45hp gains on a completely stock truck with an exhaust and adding this turbo. Coupled with a tune, intake, 3 inch intake horn, exhaust, fuel system we have seen over 85hp+ gains.
