Description: A wonderful pair of Ancient Chinese women, Tang Dynasty, painted tomb figures. Lovely figures with some remains of light painting. Please see photos for full condition. I do not see any repairs, they appear to be excavated. Antique authenticity included from the Hong Kong Art Craft Merchants Association Limited, stating that each figure is from the Tang Dynasty, between 618 A.D. and 906 A.D. This was received in 2001. These two are from a very fine Chicago estate; possibly purchased at Gump's many years ago, however, I have nothing to confirm that. Please let me know if you have any questions.
