Patch 3.75” Round with card given to Tim Seaton, (2) Training Certificate Patches 3” round given to Martin Enoch & Jack Horner May 8, 1965, 2 booklets 1967 World Jamboree Idaho, and Camp Songs Irondale Scout Reservation which has no copyright date and couldn’t find on internet. Could be rarer item. Various sizes . Neckerchief Box size is 8.75” x 8.75” with some wear, imperfections and writing on it as pictured. I found this information about advertising on back of booklet. Scruggs, Vandervoort & Barney was a department store founded in St. Louis, Missouri in 1850. In the 1950s, then known as "Vandervoort's, and closed in 1969.
