Initially, he found work in a restaurant belonging to a family member in Babylon, NY. Later they moved to Hamilton, Ohio, where he worked for the Emery family, and eventually moved on to Chicago, where he cooked at the Barclay restaurant. These vintage French towels remained in the family until recently. We're honored to offer them. Monogrammed with AA, are André's kitchen towels, while the two with AM are the personal kitchen towels of André and his wife Marie.
