Description: 6 Glitter Gold Pompano Goofy Jig with 10 Teasers - 1/2 Ounce Made with Eagle Claw Pompano hooks (Trokar - size 2/0). They are strong and Lazer Sharp (see last pic).Glitter Gold is very flashy and more visible when the water is cloudy or muddy.The teasers are offset and very sharp. Hook size is 1 for the teasers.Jigs are baked for 30 minutes for a stronger finish.Comes with 4 Pink, 3 Pink & White and 3 Chartreuse Green. Let me know if you have a preference on teaser color or I will send you what is pictured. I would use a three foot leader (20 to 30 pound fluorocarbon preferred although not necessary). Work your jig close to the bottom, you should be able to feel the bottom between twitches. Most of the jigs offered at the big box stores are too light and you end up jigging in the higher water column, away from the fish. A Rapala loop knot is used to tie the teaser and jig (you can search Youtube for a video on how to tie). This way you can easily switch the teaser if needed.
