6 Butter Knife - LOUISIANA - Alvin Patent Silver Plate Knives (#P216)

Description: Most of the items I sell are purchased from Estate Auctions or Sales, so I don't know the history or age of the piece. I am not an expert, but will do my best to accurately describe the item and the condition. Please carefully check photos as well, as they are part of the description. Feel free to message with questions prior to bidding. THIS LISTING: 6 Butter Knives about 6" long. I believe the pattern is LOUISIANA, but check photos to make sure. Marked ALVIN PATENT on back. Good, used condition with some tarnish / spots. See pics. Sterling and Silver Plate Pieces were lightly polished, and may still have tarnish. I don't know much about silver, so if there are black spots, I'm not sure if they are permanent wear or will clean. With good polishing they may clean up better. Photos may have reflections and may appear yellow from the overhead lighting. Unless otherwise noted, silver pieces are silver in color.
