Live Guarantee: We must be told about any DOAs (dead on arrival) within 1 hour of delivery/pickup from when the tracking says it was delivered/picked up. We will ask for clear pictures and/or video to prove any DOAs. Pictures must show a pin going through the body of the insect to prove it/they are dead. No refunds for DOAs, just replacement will be sent shipping at buyer’s expense. We are not responsible for USPS delays.Again, for DOAs (Dead on arrival) no refunds, only replacements packages at buyer’s expense. This means the buyer pays shipping cost for replacements. Any complaints about DOA and or damage to the product and provided no proof CANNOT be considered for a product replacement. Each package is packed with care and dropped off at USPS before final pickup of the day. We are not responsible for USPS delays after that. I ship Mondays and Tuesdays in the order I receive orders.
