Flag Forever coil issue in horizontal format. The design features a flag "waving in a May breeze" amid a cloudy sky. Two different printers were used and the stamps have differences in perf. gauge and microprinting. The locations are indicated with red arrows and magnified above. At the time of issue Forever was nondenominated (55c). Fifty five cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate beginning Jan. 27, 2019.
