It is a genuine OEM part from the manufacturer. This unit comes with mounting hardware, including three new brushed nickel screws with washers for the fan blade. Mounting is very easy, just make sure you match the holes of the blade to the bracket, screw them in and then proceed to attach your kit to the motor using your two screws from the motor. Also included, you will get an easy to follow flyer with complete mounting instructions. PLEASE: It is imperative that you measure your unit before ordering.
