The actual measurements are as follows:Bust: 18 inches across, underarm to underarm (36 inches around) Natural waist: 12.5 inches across (25 inches around, measured at the narrowest part of the dress) Drop Waist: 14 inches across (28 inches around, measured at the seam between the bodice and the skirt) Hips: Full and roomy Length: 40.5 inchesNote: These are the actual measurements of the garment, so please leave yourself room for comfort of movement. All measurements were taken with the item laying flat. I noticed some very slight discoloration to the fabric along the edge of the underarm. I tried taking a photo, but it is so minor that is is very hard to see. I also noticed a couple minor marks on the dress. I noticed a pinhead blue speck on the point in the center of the chest, and I also noticed a little yellow mark on the skirt (see last two pictures). The dress is still totally wearable as is, and I don't think the minor marks should be too noticeable when it is worn! Please feel free to ask any questions about this item before bidding.
