Height has NOT changed.FYI: A quantity of ONE = 50 sleeves, a quantity of THREE = 150 sleeves, etc.Up for sale is one 50 sleeve pack of High Quality, Archival Sleeves for LARGE / Oversize STEREOVIEWS made from EXTRA THICK 2.5 mil Clear Polyethylene which is is 67% thicker than the standard 1.5 mil sleeves normally seen. Sleeves have ONE short side open and dimensions are about 4 5/8" high by 7 7/8" long though there can be up to a ±1/8" variance in height and/or up to a ±1/4" variance in length. These sleeves are specifically made to FIT the vast majority of Large / Imperial / Cabinet / Oversize Stereoviews that are too tall (high) for "regular" stereoview sleeves. Sleeves have PASSED the Photo Activity Test meaning they are CERTIFIED SAFE for Long Term Storage by the manufacturer and/or wholesale distributor. These clear, archival quality sleeves are made SPECIFICALLY to protect your Stereoviews from dust, wear & damage.INTERNATIONAL BUYERS keep in mind the International Flat Rate Envelope can hold UP TO 600 stereoview sleeves PER envelope.FYI: Regarding listing photo, the actual 4 1/4" high Stereoview Card is NOT included, but only shown so you can see how the sleeves look & work with flat & curved stereo views, ie slight wrinkles with flat mounts and some wrinkles with curved mounts which are normal. THESE stereoview sleeves are better than the other sleeves for sale on eBay for a couple reasons. #1. The other main stereoview sleeve sellers on eBay are selling SMALLER sleeves that will NOT fit the large / oversize stereoviews that were popular for awhile in the 1800's. #2. MY sleeves are an EXTRA THICK 2.5 mil Polyethylene, while most of the other sleeves are a much thinner 1.5 mil, so MY sleeves are stronger, longer lasting, and less prone to damage which all means better & longer protection for your stereoviews. #3. Compared with adhesive flap sleeves, these sleeves will NOT potentially damage the front of the stereoview which can easily happen with adhesive flap sleeves. Also, my sleeves are long enough that there is usually a 1/4" overlap which makes up for not having a flap. Flaps also can get annoying too. #4. The Mylar sleeves (when available) on eBay are the only ones thicker than mine, but also cost significantly more, since they typically have 25 sleeves per pack, instead of the typical 50 sleeves per pack.
