Buyer responsible for all shipping costs. **Doa policy** If more than 2 snails are doa upon receipt, a picture of the unopened inner bag clearly showing the dead snails must be taken and submitted within 2 hours of delivery time. In that event, as long as requirements are met, they will be refunded or replaced. ***** Doa policy is null and void after 2 hours since delivery and/or if the inner bag is opened for any reason after delivery before i am contacted***** If the package arrives damaged or if the bag broke in transit, take several pictures of the unopened package and contact me immediately. Snails may not instantly move if the snail smells really bad when you pick it up. It's most likely dead or if there's an empty shell please contact me on ebay.
