They have not been cleaned. They have dings and scratches like the other vintage that come up for sale every so often. They are true, no bends or cracks. They can be dressed out and polished. They are solid candidates for your restoration. They have the oem serial number and "Forged" markings on some, not legable on all, however the serial numbers are and reflect the build and authenticity.
