On the Smooth Blank with a gold edge there is the expected 'grasses' transfer plus the expected butterflies and birds, touched with white enamel. The sauces are 4 3/4" in diameter. There are no chips or cracks to be noted. The gold on 4 of the 5 is in excellent condition. The 5th shows moderate gold wear. The whiteware mark is the older green H&Co./L; the decorator mark the blue donut mark Haviland & Co.
