41.5" Listed Artist RUTH RODMAN Summer Morning I Collagraph Print MCM style!

Description: A contemporary Boston sculptor and printmaker, Ruth Rodman has exhibited her art throughout the United States. Her original prints have been the subject of special expositions by the Associated American Artists, New York, Worcester Art Museum, Rose Art Museum, the New York State College Museum and she has also regularly exhibited with the Boston Printmakers. Today, Ruth Rodman's art may be found in the following public collections; the Worcester Art Museum, the Honolulu Institute of Fine Arts, the Boston Public Library, the Minneapolis Museum of Art, the New York Public Library and the New York Graphics Society. She has been commissioned for original prints from such publishers as the Bowles Hopkins Gallery, California, John Szoke Graphics, New York, and the New York Graphics Society. Ruth Rodman has also had a special commission from the Disney Corporation in California for a very large wall hanging. Printed upon thick pure rag paper and with full, margins as published. Signed, titled and annotated by the artist in pencil within the image to the bottom margin. A brilliant, full colour textured printing. The glass has a scratch as shown in one closeup. As with all my framed artwork, you are purchasing the art and I ship extremely carefully. But, I don't guarantee the glass. If the only damage is the glass, it is cheaper to simply replace the plate glass locally. I also offer the option of shipping without the glass...I will not ship the glass internationally. This piece came from the estate of an art investor who took a specific liking to Rodman's works and this piece was displayed prominently in their gorgeous MCM estate.
