Description: Here we have the Lower unit for the 40 & 50 hp Yamaha 2 stroke outboards listed below. May fit other models as well. This lower unit shifts and turns smoothly. Unit has been pressure tested. The seals are good. Fresh gear oil has been installed. Water pump impeller was inspected and is in good working condition. The drive shaft measures approximately 22-1/4” from the top of the water pump housing and has 14 splines. This is for 20” transoms. The propeller shaft has 13 splines. Excellent replacement lower unit. Ready to bolt on and use! Removed from model 50TLR, a 2008 50 hp Yamaha.
