This is a really cute Christmas themed antique spoon, very old, probably from the 1890's or so. The handle has a cherub baby, ribbons and bells. A friend of mine takes Christmas spoons and hangs them on her tree, a cute idea, I think. The bowl is embossed with a scene of Santa Claus in his sleigh with reindeer, flying across the sky! It is about 4-1/4" long and marked "Extra Coin Silver Plate", meaning that it is coated in an extra heavy coat of coin silver, pretty and durable. Very good condition. No structural defects noted.
