They were sold in point-of-purchase boxes in drug stores and toy stores, and later in gumball machines. 'Alvin' was originally Ugly Sticker Number 3.'Florence' was originally Ugly Sticker Number 11.'Dorothy' was originally Ugly Sticker Number 16.
