They are wired and ready to be assembled in any desired configuration, if more than 1 panel need add diode on positive wire for each one. The panels do not have nameplates but the tested output is: Short Circuit Current (Isc) [A]- 0.230A, Open Circuit Voltage (Voc) [V] -13.2V per panel. 0.230 x 13.2 = 3.036 W.
