That means they are not manufacturer's rejects or fallouts from China, like has been sold elsewhere on eBay. This bundle includes the following transistors: 15ea #4692 NPN General Purpose Transistors .2A, Typical hfe > 100 Vce Maximum: Measured about 195V (in my crude test circuit) So allowing for a 20% tolerance, these should be safe to use up to 155V 15ea #4317 PNP General Purpose Transistors .2A, Typical hfe > 100 Vce Maximum: Measured about 150V (in my crude test circuit) So allowing for a 20% tolerance, these should be safe to use up to 120V 4ea TIP126 PNP Power Darlingtons 80V 5A Typical hfe > 1000 Note: The #4317 and the #4692 Transistors are in-house numbers assigned by the OEM, and they are labeled as such. That is, they do not have any industry standard numbers stamped on them. Because of the harsh environment these components were chosen for, the product lines needed to pass rigorous testing to insure reliability under all adverse conditions.
