It is the 1999 Reindeer holiday vending booklet issue. They are the smaller size 33c stamps measuring 21mm x 19mm. Every 33c set includes a stylized gold jumping deer on four different colored backgrounds. The image shows cropped edges, but the actual ends will be cut between adjoining stamps. All self-adhesive stamps remain on their original backing paper. The definitives are for collectors but can be used as postage. Thirty three cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from Jan. 10, 1999 until Jan. 7, 2001. Not all reindeers are created equal. In a booklet there are just 3 green stamps but 4 each of the other colors. The green deer stamp 3367 may have scuffs or thinned backing paper from where the booklet was glued together.
