Read the "Shipping" section below for more information. Attractive, antique interior door salvaged from an old, home in Northeastern, PA. The door is made of solid Douglas fir and has 5 raised panels on both sides. The door is painted on both sides. Hardware: The door is not equipped with any hardware. However, we have a good selection of hardware to outfit it (check out our online store). * If you would like the hardware holes plugged with solid wood, please email us for a quote. Uneven Height: The height of the door was unevenly cut by 3/4". The cut was most likely to accommodate for a warped floor or sagging foundation. We could cut the door to an even 32" x 79 3/8", build it up to be taller/wider, or even trim it to be narrower/shorter--message us for a quote. Condition: Considering the door is well over 100 years old, it is strong, sturdy and in great structural condition. It only has nicks and scratches, but no broken or cracked joints, gouges, warp or any other serious issues. Most of the blemishes that it has will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks". Swing: The door is set up to swing into a room towards the right or away from the room towards the left. We could modify the door to swing in the opposite direction--message us for a quote. Modification: We could also modify the door to fit your opening or suite your needs. We could trim or add to the height or width, replace panels with glass, reverse the swings, plug the hardware holes, etc. Message us with a small description of what you would like done, and we'll give you a quote.
