They are in Pre-Owned / Very Good Condition. These plates all have manufacturing / character flaws, but are still perfectly usable. There is a faded patch in the paint of the green one, the red one has a streak with no paint, and the blue one has a couple of small 'scratches' in the glaze. They are from a hard-to-find collection, and would be a wonderful addition to someone's collection, or a beautiful gift for someone starting their own!
