These circa 1900 tokens are made of celluloid, an early combustible plastic compound that replaced hard rubber (vulcanite) as the material used in non-metal tokens of the period. These pieces are the second type of celluloid used, struck individually with a reeded edge in a press. The three pieces are: 1.
