Description: Presented is an antique set of 3 Irish sterling silver teaspoons made during the very early 19th century. This set was made around 1805 in Dublin and is done in a Celtic Pointed Star pattern. Each handle is finely hand engraved with brightcut designs and a decorative star over a marriage style monogram of the initials A and C under the letter M. The back of each spoon bears the Hibernia and crowned harp symbols that were used together in this style between 1797 and 1810 as well as a maker’s mark of the initials TK or JK.
