Description: These things speak for themselves. We date they to sometime in the 60’s or 70’s as they were handmade by the previous owner’s father. These are raw metal weights that have been precisely cut and worked into standard sizes. They each weigh 10 pounds and fit a standard one inch bar. Each measures a little over 11 inches in diameter and is about an inch thick. They look like they had silver paint at one point but most is worn off and there is some minimal surface level rust on both. I gave them a quick wipe down with WD-40 and they shined up nicely; I’d imagine they’d take a new coat of paint with minimal sanding and effort. They have various blemishes and flaws on their surfaces; Cut marks from where they were made, dings here and there, straight line imprints, weld imprints. One of them has a gouge on the edge and a dented side and is ever so slightly smaller than the other. They each still weigh in right around 10 Lbs though and you can see how these were crafted just by looking at them; Not sure if I’d even repaint them as they look raw and badass as is. Please see pictures for details. Will be packed carefully and securely due to weight and insured. Thanks for taking the time to look and let us know if you have any questions.
