These are new capacitors. The HE series are robust, high-endurance capacitors. These are excellent for use in hot running power supplies, televisions, LCD monitors, or other applications demanding both high endurance and low ESR. They have a significantly longer life span than most capacitors. These capacitors are sold in pairs. To get 6 capacitors, you would buy 3 of these "items".
